Key responsibilities:
Visit patientsโ homes for scheduled nursing care.
Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, wound dressings, catheterization, etc.
Monitor vital signs (BP, sugar, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation).
Assist patients in daily activities (feeding, mobility, hygiene support if needed).
Educate family members about patient care, medication, and lifestyle adjustments.
Provide post-operative, elderly, palliative, or long-term care.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and caregivers.
Maintain patient health records and reports.
