Key responsibilities:
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) and patient conditions.
Assist doctors during procedures and surgeries.
Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, etc.
Educate patients and families about disease management and post-care.
Maintain patient records and update charts.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
