Key Responsibilities

 
Sales (Sr. Sales Executive)
 
Manage distributors and retail network.
 
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
 
Develop new markets and maintain strong retailer relations.
 
Train and support junior sales executives.
 
Marketing (Sr. Marketing Executive)
 
Assist in brand campaigns, promotions, and market research.
 
Coordinate with advertising/media agencies.
 
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies.
 
Track ROI of marketing spends.
 
Operations / Production (Sr. Production Executive)
 
Oversee production line efficiency, quality, and safety.
 
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
 
Train line staff and reduce wastage/downtime.
 
Support Plant Manager in achieving output targets.
 
HR / Finance (Sr. Executive – Support Functions)
 
HR → Lead recruitment drives, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement.
 
Finance → Handle budgeting, MIS reports, audit compliance, accounts payable/receivable.
