Job Description

  • Serve as the point of contact for all employee training needs.

  • Coordinate schedules for workshops, e-learning sessions, and in-person training.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee progress and completion of mandatory courses.

  • Assist HR in onboarding new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and culture.

  • Communicate training updates and reminders to staff effectively.

  • Support management with special HR projects related to learning and development.
