Job Description

1. Clerk / Computer Operator

 
Data entry and record keeping.
 
Maintain shipment details, invoices, and customer documents.
 
Assist in filing, scanning, and office administration.
 
Support branch staff in daily logistics operations.
 
2. Logistics / Operations Executive
 
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of consignments.
 
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.
 
Handle customer queries and complaints regarding shipments.
 
Prepare reports on daily operations and maintain MIS.
 
Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
 
3. Branch In-charge / Branch Manager
 
Manage branch operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
 
Ensure revenue targets and cost efficiency at the branch.
 
Handle accounts, cash flow, and documentation at branch level.
 
Coordinate with head office for policy implementation.
 
Resolve escalated customer and operational issues
