Store Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the store (sales, staff, stock, customer service).
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Monitor store performance (sales reports, KPIs, profit margins).
Drive promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff (cashiers, sales associates, supervisors).
Schedule shifts, assign duties, and resolve employee conflicts.
Motivate staff for high performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience
Handle escalated customer complaints and queries.
Maintain high standards of service quality.
Ensure billing counters, trial rooms, and customer service areas run smoothly.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment.
Prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits, reduce shrinkage & pilferage.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal compliance.
Strong leadership & people management skills.
Retail operations knowledge (FMCG, apparel, general merchandise).
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Analytical skills for sales reports and inventory control.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business / Retail Management), MBA preferred.
Experience: 3–8 years in retail (depending on store size).
