Store Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Inventory & Stock Management:
Track inventory and minimize shrinkage or stock discrepancies.
Coordinate stock transfers between stores if needed.
Ensure proper storage and display of products.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.
Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll coordination if required.
