Create detailed research reports, presentations, and storytelling decks for product leadership.
Advocate for user-driven decisions in product roadmaps.
Plan and run usability tests for new features and interfaces.
Evaluate prototype performance using both qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (task success metrics) methods.
Partner with marketing, engineering, and business intelligence teams.
Present insights to stakeholders and influence product direction.
Mentor junior researchers and promote best practices in UX research.
