Job Description

  1. Revenue Strategy & Forecasting

    • Develop pricing and revenue strategies for rooms, packages, and services.

    • Forecast demand, revenue, and occupancy trends using historical data and market insights.

  2. Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Analyze booking patterns, cancellation rates, and competitor pricing.

    • Generate reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

  3. Distribution & Channel Management

    • Optimize online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and corporate accounts.

    • Ensure pricing and inventory strategies are consistent across all channels.

  4. Collaboration with Departments

    • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams to align on promotions and packages.

    • Implement strategies to maximize revenue from group bookings and special events.

  5. Team Leadership

    • Lead and mentor Revenue Associates or Analysts.

    • Provide training in revenue management systems and market analysis techniques.

  6. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and industry benchmarks.

    • Suggest pricing adjustments or promotional strategies based on market insights.
