Job Description

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor sales teams, including retail staff, regional sales executives, or distributor networks.

  • Client & Retailer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize product offerings and promotions.

  • Inventory & Merchandising Coordination: Ensure optimal stock levels and proper merchandising at stores or showrooms.

  • Reporting & KPI Monitoring: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Promotions & Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, and product launches.
