Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.

    • Set targets, forecast sales, and track performance metrics.

    • Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and competitor activity.

  2. Team Management

    • Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives or representatives.

    • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure targets are achieved.

    • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.

  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

    • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

  4. Revenue & Reporting

    • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

    • Manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability.

    • Prepare sales reports for senior management and analyze sales data for improvement.

  5. Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align business goals.

    • Provide market feedback for product improvement or new offerings.
