Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend products (Apparel, FMCG, General Merchandise).
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Store Operations Support
Maintain product displays and shelves (stocking, labeling, and organizing).
Ensure inventory accuracy and report stock shortages.
Assist with billing and payment processing when needed.
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Provide after-sales support and guidance.
Sales Reporting & Targets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Prepare reports on sales, promotions, and customer feedback for supervisors.
Promotions & Merchandising
Participate in promotional events, seasonal sales, or campaigns.
Ensure merchandise is presented neatly and attractively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic numerical ability for billing and inventory.
Customer-centric mindset with sales orientation.
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
Flexible with work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Education: 10+2 (High School) or equivalent.
Preferred: Graduate degree in Commerce, Retail Management, or similar.
Experience: Fresher-friendly in many stores; 0–2 years for higher pay packages.
Performance-based Incentives / Commission: tied to sales targets and upselling.
