A Revenue Analyst is responsible for maximizing a hotel’s revenue by analyzing market trends, customer booking patterns, and pricing strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring that the hotel achieves optimal revenue from rooms and services.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies.
Forecast occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Assist in setting room rates, promotions, and packages.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to implement revenue strategies.
Maintain accurate data in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Support budgeting and financial planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
