Job Description

A Revenue Analyst is responsible for maximizing a hotel’s revenue by analyzing market trends, customer booking patterns, and pricing strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring that the hotel achieves optimal revenue from rooms and services.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies.

  • Forecast occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).

  • Assist in setting room rates, promotions, and packages.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to implement revenue strategies.

  • Maintain accurate data in Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS).

  • Support budgeting and financial planning.


🧑‍💼 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and hotel management software.

  • Understanding of revenue management principles.
