Job Description

Greet and engage with walk-in customers.

Understand customer requirements (wedding, daily wear, gifting, etc.) and recommend suitable jewellery.

Explain product details – purity (karat), weight, design, stone details, price breakdown.

Support customers with billing, financing options (EMI, gold schemes), and documentation.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the store.

Maintain proper display of jewellery at counters and ensure security compliance.

Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales, referrals, and festive promotions.

Handle customer queries/complaints politely and escalate if needed
