The Regional Operations Manager oversees operations for a group of stores within a designated region. The role ensures that each store meets sales targets, operational standards, and profitability goals, while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Operational Management
Monitor and improve store performance across multiple outlets in the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Optimize operational efficiency in staffing, inventory, and store layout.
Sales & Profitability
Achieve regional sales and profit targets.
Analyze sales reports and trends to identify improvement areas.
Implement marketing and promotional campaigns across stores.
Team Leadership
Supervise Area Managers / Store Managers.
Train and mentor store heads on best practices, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment in regional stores.
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience & Quality
Ensure stores maintain high standards of merchandising, hygiene, and customer service.
Address escalated customer complaints from the region.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regional performance reports for senior management.
Provide insights for business growth and operational improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5–8 years in retail operations; experience managing multiple stores or clusters preferred.
