Store Audits & Inspections:
Conduct regular audits of retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Check inventory management, cleanliness, merchandising, billing processes, and staff behavior.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure that store operations adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety norms, and company guidelines.
Identify gaps in compliance and report to the regional/area manager.
Process Improvement:
Recommend improvements to store processes, inventory control, and customer service.
Work with store managers to implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting non-compliances and areas for improvement.
Maintain records of audits and follow up on corrective measures.
Training & Support:
Occasionally assist in training store staff on quality standards and operational procedures.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, Commerce, Retail Management, or similar) preferred.
Experience:
1–5 years in retail auditing, quality assurance, or store operations.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of retail operations & inventory management
Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with store staff
Basic proficiency in MS Office / audit tools
Typically reports to Regional Operations Manager or Cluster Head.
Works closely with Store Managers and Area Managers.
Salary: ₹3.5–7 Lakh per annum depending on experience and location.
