Coordination of Logistics Operations
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to stores.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to stores.
Inventory Management Support
Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Collaborate with warehouse and store teams for accurate inventory updates.
Vendor & Transport Management
Liaise with transporters, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and suppliers.
Negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of shipments, receipts, and logistics costs.
Generate reports on delivery performance, stock movement, and logistics KPIs.
Problem-Solving & Compliance
Address delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company logistics policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Collaboration Across Teams
Work with store managers, warehouse staff, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate supply chain requirements.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of ERP/WMS software, Excel, and logistics tracking tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
Experience:
1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or distribution coordination is usually preferred.
