Job Description

  1. Account Management

    • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers or VIP clients.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and strategic accounts.

  2. Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts.

    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.

  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

    • Provide personalized solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

  4. Market Insights & Strategy

    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.

    • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to optimize D2C strategies.

  5. Collaboration & Coordination

    • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, product, and support to ensure smooth delivery and service.

    • Work with digital platforms or e-commerce channels to drive direct sales.

  6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

    • Track account performance, prepare reports on sales metrics, and monitor KPIs.

    • Maintain CRM data for accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
