The Inventory Associate ensures that stock is properly managed, recorded, and available in the store/warehouse. Key tasks include:
Receiving and verifying shipments from suppliers.
Updating stock entries in the system (barcoding / scanning).
Organizing products in the warehouse/store shelves.
Conducting daily / weekly stock counts and reconciling mismatches.
Tracking slow-moving, fast-moving, and near-expiry items.
Assisting in stock audits and inventory control reports.
Coordinating with store managers and purchase teams for stock replenishment.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in stockrooms/warehouses.
Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP / POS software).
Basic computer skills (Excel, billing systems).
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
Communication and teamwork (coordination with sales, purchase & warehouse staff).
Physical stamina (lifting, moving stock when needed).
Problem-solving skills to identify stock discrepancies.
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate.
Preference: Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or Retail Management.
Freshers can apply, but 1–2 years of experience in retail / FMCG / warehouse jobs is preferred.
Fixed Monthly Salary (₹12,000 – ₹20,000 depending on location & experience).
