Job Description

The Human Resources Associate is responsible for supporting HR operations and helping employees throughout their journey with Marriott. This role ensures that HR processes run smoothly, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Assist in hiring new staff, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documents accurately.

  • Support payroll, benefits, and HR policies administration.

  • Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

  • Help organize training programs and orientation sessions.

  • Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed correctly.
