Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the hiring process by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire documentation.

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, including interview notes and I-9 forms.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Audit and distribute paychecks, and assist in benefits administration.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, support internal transfers, and assist in resolving HR-related issues.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies by posting required notices and maintaining filing systems.

  • Training & Development: Support orientation programs and assist in training new hires on HR processes and policies.


🎓 Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience; freshers with internships may also be considered.

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

  • Certifications: None required.
