The Head of Production is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process — from planning to execution — ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality standards.
Production Planning & Control
– Develop production schedules to meet demand and deadlines.
– Allocate resources (manpower, equipment, raw materials).
