Job Description

Control entry and exit of customers, staff, and vendors at the showroom.

 
Ensure security of jewellery stock, customers, and staff inside the premises.
 
Operate doorframe metal detectors (DFMD), hand-held scanners, and CCTV monitoring (if trained).
 
Maintain a visitor log book and check ID of service staff/delivery personnel.
 
Assist customers politely while ensuring security protocols are followed.
 
Monitor suspicious activities and immediately inform the store manager or security agency.
 
Support during cash movements and high-value jewellery transfers.
 
Help in emergency situations like fire drills, evacuation, or medical support
