Supervise daily floor operations – ensure smooth customer handling and sales flow.
 
Guide and support sales executives to meet their individual & team targets.
 
Monitor customer service quality, resolve escalated complaints, and ensure premium showroom experience.
 
Maintain product display standards (as per brand guidelines).
 
Coordinate with Billing Executives, Helpers, and Security Guards for floor management.
 
Track sales performance, footfall, and conversion ratios.
 
Support Store Manager in training, scheduling, and motivating staff.
 
Ensure compliance with company policies, security norms, and audit requirements.
