Prepare bills and handle payment transactions accurately.
Maintain records of service and daily transactions.
Coordination with Kitchen & Bar Staff
Communicate guest requirements to chefs and bartenders.
Ensure smooth workflow between service and kitchen teams.
Compliance & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Upselling & Promotions
Promote signature dishes, beverages, or special offers.
Encourage guests to try additional services or menu items.
Hands-on experience in guest service, restaurant operations, and hospitality management.
Opportunity to progress to F&B Supervisor, F&B Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
