Guest Service & Interaction
Welcome and attend to guests during dining or event occasions.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address guest inquiries or complaints.
Provide recommendations on menu items, beverages, and special event offerings.
Event Preparation & Coordination
Assist in setting up venues for events, including seating arrangements, table setup, decorations, and equipment.
Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and other staff to ensure timely service during events.
Monitor service standards, portion sizes, and presentation throughout the event.
Billing & Payment Handling
Prepare bills for F&B services during events.
Maintain records of services provided and transactions.
Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure cleanliness of dining and event areas, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Upselling & Promotions
Promote menu specials, event packages, or additional services to guests.
Encourage guests to utilize premium offerings or add-ons.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with event planners, chefs, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to deliver seamless service.
Continuous on-the-job training in guest service, event coordination, and F&B management.
