Job Description

Responsible for managing one specific department within the Lifestyle store (e.g., Men’s Fashion, Women’s Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Home, Cosmetics).

Supervise and lead Sales Associates & Floor Staff in the department.

Ensure sales targets of the department are met.

Oversee merchandising & display of products according to brand guidelines.

Handle stock replenishment, inventory, and shrinkage control.

Maintain customer service standards – handle escalations, ensure smooth shopping experience.

Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.

Prepare department-level sales reports & performance tracking.
