A Delivery Boy is responsible for picking up and delivering goods (food, groceries, parcels, e-commerce orders) from stores or warehouses to customers safely, accurately, and on time.
Collect items from vendor/warehouse.
Deliver products to customer addresses within time.
Use GPS / navigation apps to find routes.
Handle cash or online payments if required (COD).
Communicate politely with customers.
Follow traffic rules and company safety policies.
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (sometimes not mandatory).
Age: 18–45 years (varies by company).
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Smartphone with internet connection.
Basic knowledge of city routes.
Time management & punctuality.
Customer service & polite behavior.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Payment structure: fixed salary + per delivery fee + incentives.
