A Delivery Boy is responsible for collecting and delivering goods such as food, groceries, parcels, or e-commerce packages from sellers/warehouses to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
Pick up items from vendors, restaurants, or warehouses.
Deliver to customer addresses within the given time.
Use navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.) for accurate routes.
Handle payments (Cash on Delivery or digital).
Communicate politely with customers and confirm deliveries.
Maintain delivery records and follow company protocols.
Education: Minimum 10th pass (sometimes not mandatory).
Age: 18–45 years (varies by company).
Must have: Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) + valid driving license.
Smartphone with internet.
Basic communication in local language.
Good knowledge of local roads & routes.
Punctuality and time management.
Customer service and polite behavior.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
