A delivery boy is responsible for picking up and delivering products (food, grocery, e-commerce parcels, or courier packages) from vendors/warehouses to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
Pick up items from the assigned location (restaurant, store, warehouse).
Deliver orders to customers on time using correct routes.
Handle cash/card/UPI payments in case of Cash on Delivery.
Maintain professionalism and good communication with customers.
Use navigation apps like Google Maps for accurate routes.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Minimum 10th pass (basic education).
Age: 18 to 45 years (varies by company).
Must own a bike/scooter with a valid driving license.
Smartphone with internet connection.
Basic knowledge of local routes.
Good navigation & time management.
Customer service & polite communication.
Ability to work under pressure (peak hours).
Basic problem-solving in case of delivery issues.
