Pick up parcels from the hub/warehouse and deliver them to customers at their addresses.
Collect payment from customers in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Handle products safely (could be small parcels, electronics, clothing, documents, etc.).
Use GPS/mobile app for route navigation and delivery updates.
Maintain delivery records and submit reports at the end of the shift.
Provide good customer service during delivery.
Minimum education: 10th pass (SSC/Matriculation).
Should have a valid driving license (2-wheeler license usually required).
Own vehicle (bike/scooter) is preferred in most companies.
