Job Description

Responsibilities:

 
Pick up parcels from hubs/warehouses.
 
Deliver packages to customers within the assigned time.
 
Handle customer queries politely.
 
Maintain delivery records and update the system.
 
Work Environment: On-field, mostly traveling by bike or vehicle.
 
Skills Required: Driving, time management, communication skills, basic smartphone knowledge.
 
2. Warehouse / Sorting Associate
 
Responsibilities:
 
Sort packages according to destinations.
 
Load and unload parcels.
 
Ensure proper packaging and scanning of parcels.
 
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
 
Work Environment: Warehouse, physically active role.
 
Skills Required: Physical fitness, attention to detail, teamwork, basic computer skills (for scanning).
