Job Description

The Compliance Manager is like the “rule keeper” of the company. Your job is to make sure the hotel or business is following all internal rules, company policies, and legal regulations. This helps the company avoid mistakes, fraud, or legal problems.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Monitor Operations – Check that finance, HR, operations, and procurement teams are following the company’s policies.

  • Conduct Audits – Review processes and financial records to find errors or areas that need improvement.

  • Train Employees – Teach managers and staff about compliance rules to prevent mistakes.

  • Prepare Reports – Document findings, report issues, and suggest solutions to leadership.

  • Policy Development – Help create or update company rules to keep operations safe and compliant.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in auditing, compliance, or finance; hospitality experience is a bonus.

  • Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong Excel and reporting abilities, good communication.
