The Compliance Manager ensures that the hotel or company is doing everything by the rules—financial rules, company policies, and government regulations. Think of it as being the “watchdog” who protects the company from mistakes, fraud, or legal problems.
Check and Monitor – Regularly review operations, accounting, and processes to make sure everyone is following company policies.
Train Staff – Teach managers and staff how to follow the rules properly.
Audit Reports – Collect data, spot mistakes, and make recommendations for improvement.
Create Policies – Help develop or update rules that keep the company safe and compliant.
Problem-Solving – Investigate any unusual financial transactions or compliance issues and propose solutions.
Education – Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field.
Experience – 1–2 years in auditing, finance, or compliance roles; hospitality experience is a bonus.
Skills – Detail-oriented, analytical, strong Excel and reporting skills, good communicator.
