Education: Usually Graduate in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 0–3 years (freshers may also be considered for entry-level BDE roles).
Retail or FMCG experience is an advantage.
Fixed Salary: Competitive base salary depending on experience (₹2.5–4 LPA for entry-level; ₹4–6 LPA with experience).
