Job Description

Handle customer billing at the cash counter with 100% accuracy.

Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and GST-compliant bills.

Ensure all details like gold purity, weight, making charges, stone charges, discounts are correctly entered.

Verify customer documents (KYC, ID proofs) where required (e.g., for gold schemes, high-value purchases).

Maintain cash, card, UPI, and finance transaction records securely.

Coordinate with the sales team to confirm product details before billing.

Balance daily cash registers and prepare end-of-day reconciliation reports.

Handle customer queries related to billing or price breakdown.
