Job Description

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  1. Reservation Operations

    • Manage room bookings through phone, email, and online platforms.

    • Assist in allocating rooms efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue.

    • Handle group bookings, corporate accounts, and VIP reservations.

  2. Team Supervision

    • Supervise and train reservation executives or associates.

    • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain staff discipline.

  3. Customer Service

    • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.

    • Resolve complaints related to bookings or cancellations.

    • Provide information on hotel services, packages, and promotions.

  4. Reporting & Coordination

    • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.

    • Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales teams.

    • Track trends in bookings and cancellations to support revenue strategies.

  5. Compliance & Policies

    • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, cancellation procedures, and data privacy rules.

    • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
