Job Description

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

    • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

    • Support in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  2. Accounting & Controls

    • Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

    • Maintain internal financial controls and compliance with accounting standards (like GAAP or IFRS).

    • Ensure accurate and timely closing of books.

  3. Audit & Compliance

    • Assist in internal and external audits.

    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and statutory filings.

    • Support the Financial Controller in policy and risk reviews.

  4. Cost & Revenue Management

    • Monitor operating costs and recommend cost-control measures.

    • Evaluate financial performance of different departments.

    • Support pricing decisions and financial feasibility analysis.

  5. Team Leadership

    • Supervise accountants and finance associates.

    • Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff.

    • Coordinate between finance, operations, and management teams.
