Follow predefined chat scripts, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when required.
Maintain accurate chat records and case notes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
Good written English (basic Hindi/regional language may help).
Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
