The Picker/Packer is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting the supply chain.
Order Picking & Sorting
Retrieve items from inventory based on order requirements.
Verify product quantity, quality, and correctness.
Packing & Labeling
Safely pack products for delivery or storage.
Apply proper labeling for shipment tracking.
Inventory Management
Assist in tracking stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
Identify and report damaged or missing items.
Warehouse Maintenance
Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe.
Support loading and unloading of goods.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with supervisors, delivery staff, and other warehouse teams.
Communicate discrepancies or operational issues efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical stamina and ability to handle moderate to heavy loads.
