Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Provide high-quality financial advice and solutions aligned with HSBC guidelines.
Compliance & Risk
Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
Follow HSBC policies and governance frameworks.
Collaboration
Work with other HSBC teams (wealth managers, loan specialists, insurance partners) for referrals and complex customer requirements.
Share customer insights with product & strategy teams.
