Job Description

  1. Customer Relationship Management

    • Manage a portfolio of Overseas Indian (NRI/OCI) clients.

    • Conduct regular engagement to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • Handle onboarding, activation, and retention of customers.

  2. Product & Service Promotion

    • Cross-sell banking products like accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, investments, and insurance.

    • Encourage adoption of digital and self-service channels.

  3. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Meet business targets around product penetration, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth.

    • Drive revenue by converting customer needs into HSBC product usage.

  4. Customer Service & Support

    • Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.

    • Provide high-quality financial advice and solutions aligned with HSBC guidelines.

  5. Compliance & Risk

    • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

    • Follow HSBC policies and governance frameworks.

  6. Collaboration

    • Work with other HSBC teams (wealth managers, loan specialists, insurance partners) for referrals and complex customer requirements.

    • Share customer insights with product & strategy teams.
