Digital Solution Integration: Develop a deep understanding of platform vendor's out-of-the-box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the vehicle development function.
Process Refinement: Facilitate the configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refine New Product Development (NPD) processes and ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between Mahindra and vendors (platform, System Integrators) to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra’s project standards.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and bottlenecks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination.
User Training & Feedback: Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance, and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users.
Documentation: Document issues, associated learnings, and best practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements.
Project Management: Own Project Management Office (PMO) and end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and roll-out in future programs.
