Pick up parcels from the warehouse or hub.
Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers across designated routes.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and exceptions.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates when required.
Ensure the van and packages are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Report operational issues (traffic, delays, or vehicle problems) to the supervisor.
Valid driving license for the relevant vehicle type (Light Commercial Vehicle/Van).
Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Basic communication skills for interacting with customers.
Physical fitness to load and unload parcels.
Punctuality and reliability.
