Ensure compliance with statutory safety laws and environmental regulations
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
Identify hazards and risks; carry out risk assessments and corrective actions
Ensure proper usage of PPE by employees and contractors
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and site walkthroughs
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports
Maintain SHE documentation, permits, records, and reports
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and contractor teams
Promote safety culture, 5S, and housekeeping practices
Monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental compliance
