Implement and monitor SHE policies and procedures at shop floor / site level
Ensure compliance with statutory safety laws and environmental regulations
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs
Identify hazards, risks, and unsafe conditions and take corrective actions
Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, gloves, shoes, etc.)
Carry out safety inspections, audits, and site checks
Report and investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents
Maintain SHE records, permits, checklists, and reports
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and contractor teams
Promote safety culture, 5S, and housekeeping standards
