Conduct retailer visits and build strong relationships.
Market Development
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
Implement sales promotions and schemes effectively.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with Sales Executives / Sales Representatives.
Provide product training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Work closely with area or regional sales managers.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain sales data and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Analyze territory performance and suggest improvement plans.
Customer Relationship Management
Address retailer and distributor grievances promptly.
Build long-term partnerships to ensure customer loyalty.
Monthly Salary: βΉ25,000 β βΉ60,000 (varies by company, region, and experience).
