Job Description

  1. Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Expand market share and improve sales volume in the assigned territory.

    • Ensure product availability and visibility at all outlets.

  2. Distributor & Retailer Management

    • Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.

    • Ensure regular supply, stock replenishment, and credit control.

    • Conduct retailer visits and build strong relationships.

  3. Market Development

    • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

    • Implement sales promotions and schemes effectively.

    • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.

  4. Team Coordination

    • Coordinate with Sales Executives / Sales Representatives.

    • Provide product training, guidance, and performance feedback.

    • Work closely with area or regional sales managers.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Maintain sales data and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports.

    • Analyze territory performance and suggest improvement plans.

  6. Customer Relationship Management

    • Address retailer and distributor grievances promptly.

    • Build long-term partnerships to ensure customer loyalty.
