Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.

Address customer queries and provide product information and support.

Product Promotion

Conduct product demonstrations, detailing, and presentations for healthcare professionals.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional events in the territory.

Market Analysis & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and territory insights.

Territory Management

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to optimize coverage and reach.

Coordinate stock availability at key locations and liaise with distributors.
