Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.

Address customer queries and provide product information and support.

Product Promotion

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and detailing to healthcare professionals.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional events within the territory.

Market Analysis & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.

Territory Management

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to optimize coverage of the territory.

Ensure proper stock availability at key customer locations and coordinate with distributors.
