A Territory Manager is responsible for managing a defined region or territory, ensuring that business targets are met, clients are satisfied, and branch operations run smoothly. You’re essentially the bridge between clients, branch teams, and senior management.
Drive Sales & Revenue
Bring in new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Meet or exceed revenue targets in your assigned territory.
Manage Clients
Address client queries and complaints.
Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
Oversee Branch Operations
Supervise branch staff like booking associates and operational teams.
Ensure administrative tasks, credit handling, and delivery operations are efficient.
Analyze Market
Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends.
Suggest improvements or strategies to senior management.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales and operations reports.
Ensure proper documentation of transactions and client agreements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Logistics, or Business is a plus.
Experience: 1–4 years in sales, logistics, or operations.
